Yes. Layout options, material selections, and elevations/3D as needed.
Can you relocate plumbing or electrical?
Yes, when feasible and code-compliant. We plan for load, venting, and clearances.
How do you manage cleanliness and dust?
Containment (zip walls), floor protection, HEPA vacuuming, and daily cleanup.
Can we remain in the home during the remodel?
Often yes. We isolate work areas and maintain safe walkways.
What warranties do you provide?
Written labor warranty plus manufacturer warranties on materials.
What materials or brands do you use?
Client selections or our recommended lines for cabinets, tile, plumbing fixtures, roofing/siding, and waterproofing systems.
How do we schedule?
We issue a defined start date and build schedule, then provide weekly progress updates.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Targeted carpentry and focused updates are available when they fit the schedule.
